“Open markets beat closed ones, open-source software compounds faster than private networks, and money should move as quickly as information. Backs pre-seed to Series A founders building open markets, open-source infrastructure and faster money, globally.”
Lattice is a crypto-native early-stage fund run by two general partners, Regan Bozman and Mike Zajko, out of New York and San Francisco. Both came up through CoinList (Bozman as first employee running token launches, Zajko as Director of Token Listings), and Bozman co-founded Dove Metrics, which Messari acquired. The team describes itself as "low ego partners" with backgrounds at Facebook, AngelList, CoinList, Maple and Solana.
The thesis is stated in one sentence on the homepage and it is a useful filter: open markets, open-source software, and money that moves at the speed of information. The portfolio matches it. On the infrastructure side there is LiFi (Berlin, cross-chain trading infrastructure), RedStone (Warsaw, oracle data), Goldsky (San Francisco, real-time data pipelines) and Privy (New York, embedded wallets, acquired by Stripe in 2025). On the payments side there is Daya (Lagos, African cross-border payment infrastructure) and Infinia (Montevideo, cross-border payouts). On the consumer and DePIN side there is Pump.Fun (Dubai), Grass (Toronto) and Daylight (New York). Hyperliquid (Singapore) and Midas (London) round it out.
The cheque is $250K to $1M, which means Lattice is usually a co-investor in a pre-seed or seed round rather than the whole round. Its value is speed, a real network in token launches and go-to-market, and a public door you can walk through today.
